Description Lead Cook at Providence Alaska Medical Center $1,500
hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required
qualifications and conditions for payment. Under general
supervision the Food and Nutrition Services Cook - Lead oversees
daily production activities in the main kitchen. The Food and
Nutrition cook - lead will verify food is correctly produced and
presented for the patient Room Service program, cafeteria, catering
and coffee courts at PAMC. The cook - lead will assist in providing
supervision to create and maintain a positive working environment
which promotes teamwork and customer/patient satisfaction. Required
qualifications:
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon
hire
- National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant
Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- 2 years Progressively responsible Food and Nutrition Services
experience, including at least one year in a team mentoring or lead
role Preferred qualifications:
