Occupational Therapist Location: Wasilla, AK Agency: Ardor Health Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Location: Wasilla, AK Setting: PEDS Employment Type: Perm Wasilla, Alaska opportunity to join a reputable clinic serving a pediatric population in an Occupational Therapist role. Full time positions available with flexible hours. You can decide your schedule as long as it meets the needs of your patients. Job Duties: *You'll collaborate with coworkers; clinic is home to OT and Speech *You'll work with parent/guardian to provide education and support *You'll provide diagnostic and assessment services *You'll work on development of plan of care and treatment goals *You'll monitor client progress and treatment plans and adjust goals as needed *This will become a leadership role and you'll be working closely with ownership to build this side of their practice *Consistent documentation and strong organization skills preferred *You'll make appropriate referrals for additional services as indicated Qualifications: *Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited university *AK license or eligible *Previous experience with the pediatric population *Self-Starter mindset, creative energy and attention to detail Compensation and Benefits: *Salary stiped and pay per session model, income range from $100K *Paid training *PTO and paid holidays *Annual professional development travel allowance and therapy supply fund *Health insurance including HSA *Dental and Vision coverage *401(k) match Free on-site childcare for your 0-5 year olds!
