Required Skills: Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatric Endocrinology. Proven expertise in managing pediatric hormonal disorders, growth abnormalities, and metabolic syndromes. Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with children, families, and healthcare teams. Proficiency in electronic health records and clinical documentation. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with outpatient and inpatient pediatric endocrine cases. Familiarity with the latest endocrine diagnostic tools and treatment protocols. Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations. Research background or participation in pediatric endocrinology studies. Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution. Completion of a fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric endocrine practice. Other Requirements: Valid medical license to practice in relevant jurisdictions; candidates willing to obtain a temporary Alaska license while full licensure is processed will be considered.
