Job Description Locums | Pediatric Endocrinology | Clinic Call | Anchorage, AKAssignment Details Start Date: August 1, 2026 End Date: August 1, 2027 Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Call Setting: Outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and telehealth Schedule Structure: 2 weeks per month onsite clinic coverage (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Night call during clinic weeks 24-hour weekend call during clinic weeks Remaining 2 weeks per month virtual call coverage (24-hour call) Patients per Day: ~15 EMR: Epic Trauma Level: Level 2 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 10 APPs Requirements Board Certified in Pediatric Endocrinology Active state license (AK license can be obtained with temporary license option) Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Clean history Clinical Details Pediatric endocrinology outpatient clinic coverage Management of endocrine disorders in pediatric patients Telehealth consultations and inpatient endocrine support Shared call coverage with phone consults and inpatient consult availability Long-term continuity of care preferred Additional Notes Preference for providers able to support both onsite clinic weeks and virtual call coverage OT applies after 40 clinical hours per week
