Physical Therapist Location: Soldotna, AK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,749 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: PT Rehabilitation Duration: 26 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, may be negotiable; on call as needed Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid PT license Certifications: BLS, COVID Vaccine Required Must-Have: Graduate of PT program Description: Evaluations, patient treatments, modalities, documentation, and customer service are required. Equipment utilized includes Meditech and typical therapy modalities. A flexible schedule is available with 3-4 weekends required per year. Business dress code is expected. General orientation and departmental training will occur within the first 90 days. A department mentor will be assigned. Charting system used is EPIC.
