HCA Healthcare invites you to join our dedicated team as an RN (Registered Nurse) specializing in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) on a nights and weekends schedule. This role is essential in providing high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during this significant period. This position offers the unique opportunity to work exclusively during night shifts on weekends, allowing for flexibility during the week. Administer medications, perform routine checks on mothers and newborns, and maintain health records. Assist in labor and delivery processes and provide postpartum care. Educate and support patients and their families, preparing them for post-hospital care. Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the healthcare facility. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with the latest healthcare practices. Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery and postpartum care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
