As a RN in our Cardiac Step Down ICU, you will provide top-tier care to patients recovering from cardiac procedures during the night shift. This role demands high-level skills in patient monitoring, clinical decision-making, and a compassionate approach tailored to individual recovery journeys. Monitor patient vital signs, responding to clinical changes with appropriate interventions Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and health management Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess and plan patient care Document all patient care and procedures thoroughly in patient medical records Proficiency in using medical monitoring equipment Strong skills in clinical assessment and decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Deep understanding of cardiac care and post-operative recovery Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license BLS/ACLS Certification Required CCRN certification preferred
