Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurses to apply for our RN Rehab Nights position. This role
involves providing direct and individualized nursing care based on
the application of scientific nursing principles to our patients in
rehabilitation settings. In this critical capacity, our RNs play a
pivotal role in helping patients regain their functional
capabilities and improving their quality of life. Assess patient
health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care
plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to
ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients
on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case
management. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by
patients' responses and conditions. Monitor all aspects of patient
care, including diet and physical activity. Strong clinical skills
in a rehab setting. Proficiency in electronic health record
systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to work independently and manage time effectively. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Certified Rehabilitation
Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
