Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. Operate medical equipment and assist with diagnostic tests and analysis. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to plan, evaluate, and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on post-hospital care, including further treatment procedures and preventive measures. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using medical software and patient management systems Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association Preferred certifications: Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification (CMSRN)
