This pivotal role oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates with medical staff, and manages nursing personnel. As a manager, you will develop policies, streamline operations and foster an environment of continuous improvement within a dynamic healthcare setting. Manage and develop nursing staff to ensure quality patient care. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare policies and regulations. Lead efforts in process improvement and operational efficiency. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management systems In-depth knowledge of patient safety protocols Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license BLS certification ACLS certification preferred Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification is a plus
