Job Description:

Nurse for our Labor and Delivery department who will embody our

Oversee the day-to-day management of the labor and delivery unit
Supervise a team of nurses and support staff Ensure adherence to
all hospital policies and procedures Manage patient care, assess
ongoing needs, and coordinate treatments Participate in patient and
family teaching Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Implement and review departmental policies Handle emergencies with
composure and efficiency Clinical skills in labor and delivery
Leadership and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to handle high-stress situations
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Competence in
working with healthcare technology Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license BLS Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) Certification in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB)
