Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to
join our Step Down ICU team, focusing on providing high-level care
during night shifts. This role is critical in supporting patients
who are in a critical but stable condition, requiring close
monitoring and specialized nursing care. The successful candidate

exceptional clinical skills to positively impact patient outcomes.
Monitor and assess patient health status Implement patient care
plans and administer medications Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to enhance patient outcomes Educate patients and families on
treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records and comply with
healthcare regulations Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
Proficiency in electronic health record systems Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental
