As an RN Manager Float Pool at HCA Healthcare, you will oversee the operations and staffing for the float pool, ensuring high-quality care and efficient service delivery across various departments. You will collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and allocate resources effectively, optimizing patient outcomes and staff satisfaction. Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing and support staff within the float pool. Coordinate with department managers to fulfill staffing requirements and meet operational demands. Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement training programs for float pool staff to ensure high competency levels. Manage budgeting and resource allocation within the float pool.
