Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Anchorage, AK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,050 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:30 - 16:00 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS required, ACM certification preferred Must-Have: - Epic experience - Acute care experience Description: The Case Manager RN will be responsible for discharge planning. Applicants must have a valid RN license. BLS certification is mandatory. The position requires experience with Epic as the electronic medical record system. Acute care experience is necessary for this role. Candidates must be able to work weekends, as the schedule includes every other weekend or four weekend days in a four-week schedule. Flexibility in coverage within case management services is required. This role does not require on-call duties. The daily census of the facility is 324 patients. Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The Case Manager will collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams. The candidate should have skills in care coordination, needs assessment, and discharge planning. Knowledge of CMS guidelines and HIPAA regulations is essential. Candidates must be open to working with various patient diagnoses. The facility operates under Magnet designation and is a Level II trauma center. Required qualifications will also include experience in patient ratio management. Travelers are expected to comply with any local requirements and guidelines. References from previous supervisory roles covering the last three years are necessary. The candidate must be willing to work two out of the three major holidays.
