individualized, goal-directed nursing care through the use of the
nursing process and the principles of primary nursing. Adheres to
departmental and hospital policies and procedures as well as
standards of nursing practice. Utilizes equipment such as Meditech,
OBIX, and Pyxis Supply Stations. Maintains compliance with nursing
protocols and performs tasks as needed. Follows national standards
for nurse-to-patient ratios. Works every other weekend and is on
call as needed. Completes Medication Testing within the first two
weeks on site. Training includes Meditech and OBIX over a three-day
period, followed by unit-specific orientation. Dress code consists
