Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RN to join our Surgical Care team on day shifts. This role will focus on providing top-tier patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health improvement and a commitment to patient-centered care. Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and record patient history. Collaborate with surgical teams and coordinate with other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and post-surgery care. Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stress environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
