Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Acute Care Case Management - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Case Manager / Minimum 1 year acute care hospital case management or utilization review experience required / Acute Care Hospital Setting / Responsible for discharge planning, care coordination, needs assessment, DME orders, and interdisciplinary collaboration using CMS & HIPAA guidelines / Must have active Alaska RN license, BLS, and Epic experience (ACM certification preferred) / Schedule: Days, 5×8-hour shifts (07:30–16:00 or similar); weekends required every other weekend / Duration: 13 weeks / Start: 04/06/2026 / Location: Anchorage, AK / Facility: Providence Alaska Medical Center / Pay Negotiable/ Notes: Travelers must live 50 miles from facility; floating within case management services as needed TheraEX Staffing Services Job ID 3197979.
