Qualifications: - Associate's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology - Alaska SLPA license - Pediatric experience needed Role Overview: PediaStaff is seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team. Job Details: - Dates: 3/23/26 start date, 6-month assignment - Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. - Setting: Clinic is a play-based environment, multidisciplinary - In-person only Key Responsibilities: - Work with assigned Speech-Language Pathologist to regularly monitor and document a child's progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes - Involve families in the therapy process, providing support, education, and guidance to extend therapeutic gains into daily routines. - Work closely with other therapists and professionals within the clinic and community to provide integrated care and interdisciplinary support - Collaborate with assigned Speech-Language Pathologist regarding treatment provision.
