Fellowship in in a subspecialty of neurology may be required. License & Certifications: Board certification in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (AOBNP). Active and unrestricted medical license in Alaska.
