COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM) Hiring Range
$229,694.40 to $321,568.00 Pay Range $229,694.40 to $367,515.20 -
No tax state - Relocation - $30k - Sign-on 10% of base salary -
Retention: 10% of salary year mark - CME: 5 days allowance -
Student Loan Repayment through - NHSC - ISH - Annual Base Increase
up to 7% - PTO: Yes - Over 400 hours paid out if not used. Plus 13
Federal Holidays! RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family
Medicine (FM) - Clinic: 4 days 8am-5pm; 1 day will be 9:30a-6:30p -
4 times yearly Saturday clinic - PPD: 12-14 - Integrated Care model
- Strong support staff plus your own MA - EMR: Cerner
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM) - BC or (truly BE)
