Must-Have: - Epic experience - Acute care experience Description:
Case Manager RN position available. Must have an active RN license
for auto offer. Shifts are 5x8 days, with times varying between
07:00 and 17:00. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of
experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Certifications
required include BLS and an AK RN license. ACM certification is
preferred but not mandatory. Epic charting experience is required
for this position. Candidates must have experience in an acute care
setting. Responsibilities include care coordination, discharge
planning, and needs assessment. Position requires weekend coverage
every other weekend. Travelers may float within the scope of case
manager services as needed. Additional skills include familiarity
with HIPAA guidelines and CMS regulations. Facility highlights
