full-time Primary Care opportunity in Northwest Illinois. This

Employed by a 99-bed community hospital; clinic connected to the
hospital 3 exam rooms, with dedicated MA and RN support 4.5-day
workweek Primary service center for 12 counties; 3-week waitlist
for new patients Outpatient-only or traditional practice—your
choice Current providers average 4,000 patient encounters annually
Full hospitalist and ER support Flexible schedule: After guarantee
period, no PTO—work when you want No call or weekends required
Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed median salary for up to 2
years, transitioning to wRVU once bonus threshold is met Current
providers earn $300K, with top earners approaching $400K Up to
$100K in student loan assistance Sign-on and relocation up to $50K
5 days CME with $3K allowance, rollable year-to-year Comprehensive
