An RN Residency with Providence will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. If you are a recent graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, then the Providence resident program is for you. This position starts on July 27, 2026. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
