Case Manager RN in Anchorage, Alaska, 99508! Job Opportunity – Case
Manager RN – Alaska Start Date: As soon as possible Location:
Anchorage, Alaska Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 5x8 Days (Monday-Friday business hours, with
weekend rotation to meet departmental needs). Shift times vary
between 0700-1700. Every other weekend or 4 weekend days per 4-week
schedule required. Highlights: Work at a Magnet-designated acute

role focused on discharge planning and care coordination across all
patient age groups Epic EMR system utilized facility-wide
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams,
physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, pharmacy,
and more 13-week assignment with 72 guaranteed hours per 2-week pay
period Free parking and scrubs provided Requirements: Active Alaska
RN license required BLS certification required; ACM certification
preferred Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience required
Epic EMR experience required Experience with care coordination,
discharge planning, and utilization of Milliman Guidelines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Teams preferred Must reside at
least 50 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted)
Willingness to float within case manager services as needed
Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Year) Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1
year of comparable experience within the last 3 years Why It's a
