Certification Preferred Description: Case Manager RN position
available. Must have RN license in hand for Auto Offer. Shift times
may vary, but will be one of the following: 0700-1530, 0730-1600,
0800-1630, or 0830-1700. First timers accepted. Epic experience
required. Acute care experience required. Behavioral health
experience does not apply. No on-call requirements. Weekend work
required: every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4-week
schedule. Floating within the scope to meet facility needs is
required. Local candidates will not be accepted. Candidates'
permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility. Only
1 time-off request per 13-week assignment of 5 days or less is
allowed. No holiday time off for Auto Offer. Guaranteed hours are
72 hours per 2 weeks, but travelers can be called off for 1 shift
per 2 weeks. Type of facility is an acute hospital. This facility
has a total staffed bed count of 407. Patient age groups include
neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Daily census is 324. Facility is recognized as a Magnet facility
and Level II trauma. Interdisciplinary support teams include
various specialties. ACM certification is preferred. Epic hardstop
requirement exists. Microsoft Office/Teams experience preferred.
Must have a BLS certification. Schedule is Monday to Friday during
business hours with required weekend coverage. References are
required from previous supervisory roles. Travelers can only work
for a maximum of 1 calendar year in their assignment and must have
a minimum 6-month break before returning for another traveler
