Day shifts, 40 hours per week. Located onsite at Providence St.
Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska! $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Occupational Therapy from an accredited university. - Alaska
Occupational Therapist License upon hire or California Occupational
Therapist License upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American
Heart Association upon hire - 1 year of Occupational Therapy and/or
