Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university. - Alaska Occupational Therapist License upon hire or California Occupational Therapist License upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire - 1 year of Occupational Therapy and/or Rehabilitation Therapy training.
