Sterile Processing Tech Location: Soldotna, AK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,751 per week Shift Information: Nights - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician Profession: Sterile Processing Tech Specialty: Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years recent experience required License: Active BLS certification (must be AHA) Certifications: Certification for Sterile Processing Technician required Must-Have: Experience with EPIC charting Description: Cleans, disinfects, and sterilizes hospital supplies, instruments, and trays. Ensures hospital sterilization and infection control measures are met utilizing AAMI standards of care. Utilizes standard sterile processing equipment in the department. Participates in a call rotation as part of scheduling requirements. Dress code for the position is scrubs, which will be provided. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
