This is a great opportunity to work in a Level II Trauma, USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska facility using Epic charting. Auto Offer available – AK RN License must be active and in hand at submission. Schedule • 5x8 Day Shifts • Shift options: 0700–15:30 or 0800–16:30 • 40 hours/week • Weekend rotation required (every other weekend or 4 weekend days per 4 weeks) • No on-call • Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage patient care plans across the continuum of care • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams • Conduct discharge planning and utilization review • Ensure appropriate resource utilization and patient outcomes • Document accurately in Epic EMR • Float within scope based on facility needs Required Qualifications • Active Alaska RN License (in hand for Auto Offer) • BLS Certification • Minimum 2 years RN experience • Acute Care experience required • Epic charting experience required Preferred • ACM (Accredited Case Manager) Certification Assignment Details • 13-week contract • Guaranteed 72 hours per 2 weeks • Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks • Block scheduling not available • First-time travelers accepted Important Requirements • 50-mile radius rule applies (locals not accepted) • Permanent address must be 50 miles from facility • Pending license not accepted • Only 1 RTO request (5 days or less) per assignment • No holiday RTO for Auto Offer HonorVet Technologies Job ID 31834905.
