Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Anchorage, AK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,671 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Anchorage, Alaska, 99508! Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (07:30 - 16:00) Experience: 2 years License: Active Registered Nurse license in hand required Certifications: BLS, ACM certification preferred Must-Have: - Epic experience - Acute Care experience Description: The Case Manager RN is responsible for discharge planning and care coordination. Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license. A BLS certification is required, with ACM certification preferred. Experience with the Epic charting system is required. The role involves working within an acute care hospital setting. Candidates will need to float as needed within the case management services to cover gaps. There will be weekend shifts required every other weekend or up to 4 weekend days within a 4-week schedule. Travelers can be called off for 1 eight-hour shift per 2 weeks. Only one time-off request of 5 days or less is allowed per 13-week assignment. Holidays must be worked as needed, specifically two out of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year). Patient demographics include neonates, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics. Experience with care coordination, needs assessment, and planning of care is crucial. This role requires adherence to HIPAA guidelines and CMS regulations.
