Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Care - Day Shift at Providence Health and Services summary: Registered Nurse (RN) in Ambulatory Care provides professional nursing care in an urgent/ambulatory clinic setting, coordinates patient care, assists providers, and serves as a patient education resource. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active Alaska RN license (or RN Compact), with BSN and hospital experience preferred. Full-time day-shift role at Providence Urgent Care with on-site work, benefits, and a stated pay range. Description The Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for providing professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Assists providers and staff in coordinating patient care and acts as a patient education resource. Functions as primary liaison between patients and providers. Key functions and specific skills for the job are found in the unit specific onboarding checklist and in standards that are applicable to the specialty. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Registered Nurse Compact License upon hire.
