Cath Lab Tech Location: Anchorage, AK Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,720 to $2,880 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $68.00 - $72.00/Hourly. Summary: The Cath Lab Technician assists physicians and nursing staff in the cardiac catheterization laboratory by preparing patients, operating specialized imaging equipment, and maintaining a sterile environment during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations. Locals not accepted Responsibilities: Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, stent placements, pacemaker insertions, and electrophysiology studies. Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety. Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Scrub, circulate, or monitor procedures as assigned. Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot cath lab equipment and supplies. Requirements Requirements: 2 - Year experience Required, BLS Certification, ACLS Certification, ARRT (R) or RCIS Certification, CCI RCIS, Locals not accepted.
