Occupational Therapist - Providence Seward at Providence Health
and Services summary: The Occupational Therapist at Providence
Seward Medical Center provides occupational therapy services to
inpatients, outpatients, long-term care residents, and home health
clients, focusing primarily on outpatient long-term care. The role
involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating therapy
within federal and state regulatory guidelines while collaborating
with healthcare teams. The position offers full-time day shifts

implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within the
guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy
Association. Provides services to inpatients, outpatients, Home
Health clients, long term care residents. Collaborates with other
team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in
compliance with medical center standards and guidelines established
by the American Occupational Therapists Association in conjunction
with regulatory requirements of both federal and state agencies.

Providence Seward Medical Center, a critical access hospital in
Seward, AK! The position will be responsible for mostly outpatient
long term care (about 80% of the time) and swing bed acute care
(about 20% of the time). Currently available schedules: full time,
1.0 FTE, Day shift, 40 hours per week. $5,000 Hiring Bonus for
eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and

range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
