Clinic Hours & Schedule Clinic Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Call Schedule: Up to 10 days per month, as per hospital by-laws Average Patients Per Day: Approximately 25 Compensation & Benefits Salary: Competitive $695,000-$898,000 Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance: $50,000 CME Allowance: $5,000 annually plus 5 days of CME leave. Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short- and long-term disability. Retirement Plans: 403(b) and 457 plans with employer contributions. Paid Time Off: Vacation: 25 days annually. Sick Leave: Accrued with an IAP plan to supplement. Holidays: 7 days annually. CME Leave: 5 days annually.
