Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Soldotna, AK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,522 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Soldotna, Alaska, 99669! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour night shift Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: 3 years of Medical-Surgical experience License: Active state RN license Certifications: Heart Saver AED Certification, BLS Certification (must be AHA) Must-Have: Experience with EPIC charting Description: Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process. Applies principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice. Utilizes Meditech, OBIX, and Pyxis Supply Stations. Requires critical thinking skills with a background in Medical-Surgical nursing. Completes Medication Testing within the first two weeks of the assignment. On-call duties as needed. Dress code is scrubs, which are provided. Training includes 3 days of Meditech and OBIX training and unit-specific orientation.
