Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska.

Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for
ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside
experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5
weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the
initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN
- ED ER Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to
7:00 AM • 13-week assignment length with 36 guaranteed hours per
week • Various shift options available (7a, 9a, 11a, 12n, 13p, 15p,
7p) • Patient ratios of 4:1 (or 6:1 for low acuity ESI 4 & 5
patients) • Work with 20 headwall beds and 4 halls in emergency
department • Rotating weekend schedule required • Must have active
Alaska RN license at time of submission • Prior ED experience
required • Stroke and STEMI experience preferred • Trauma and
pediatric experience preferred • Equipment used includes Lucas,
Level 1, Alaris IV pumps, I stat, EPOC, GE monitors • Electronic
Medical Record system: EPIC • Perform typical ED RN duties
including splinting and breathing treatments • Required
certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH, ENPC • Dress code: Navy
blue scrubs with appropriate fit (not tight or revealing) • Best
