Opportunity – Progressive Care / Step Down RN – Alaska Start Date:
January 26, 2026 Location: Anchorage, Alaska Compensation: Details
provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM to
7:00 AM; 13-week assignment; Every other weekend required
Highlights: 19-bed high acuity progressive care step down unit with
4:1 patient ratios Nights shift with supportive team including 6
RNs (including Charge RN) and 2 CNAs per shift EMR: EPIC with
bedside monitoring equipment No on-call requirements Opportunity to
float to other telemetry and medical units for professional
development Two positions available Requirements: Active Alaska RN
license at time of submission (permanent license only; temporary
licenses not accepted) Minimum 1 year of telemetry experience
required Minimum 1 year of step down/progressive care experience
required Current ACLS certification Current BLS certification Must
complete Alaska RN fingerprinting during onboarding prior to
