find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Anchorage, Alaska, 99508! Job
Opportunity – Emergency Department RN – Alaska Start Date: February
10, 2026 Location: Anchorage, Alaska Compensation: Details provided
to qualified applicants Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours per
week, 13-week assignment with rotating weekends Highlights: 20-bed
Emergency Department with 4 hallway spaces serving a diverse
patient population 4:1 patient ratio for acute care; 6:1 for low
acuity ESI 4 and 5 patients EPIC EMR system with modern equipment
including Lucas devices, Level 1 infusers, and Alaris IV pumps
Collaborative team environment with 50 staff members including
charge RNs, flow coordinators, ED techs, and ultrasound support
Experience with stroke, STEMI, trauma, and pediatric emergency
cases Varied shift options available across day, mid, and night
shifts Requirements: Active Alaska RN license required at time of
submission Prior Emergency Department experience required Current
certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale, ENPC
Stroke and STEMI experience strongly preferred Trauma and pediatric
emergency experience preferred Proficiency with splinting,
breathing treatments, and standard ED procedures Why It's a Great
