Hours: Full Time (36 Hours Weekly) Variable Shift The Primary Care
Nurse is in charge of the resident care for a specific group of
residents, to include, supervision of team members including
Shahbazim. Nursing services delivered by the Shahbazim are
supervised by and directly accountable to the director of nursing
(DNS) through the licensed nurses in the homes. The Primary Care
Nurse coordinates referrals to other members of the clinical
support team, families and physicians. The Primary Care Nurse
serves as the point of contact for elder information. Providence

Nursing. Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred
qualifications: 6 months of Nursing experience in a health care
facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center).
