Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) - Per Diem at Providence
Health and Services summary: The Pediatric Occupational Therapist
provides specialized occupational therapy services for children,
collaborating with healthcare teams and families to support patient
care in compliance with professional standards. This per diem role
is based at Providence Alaska Medical Center and requires
appropriate licensure and pediatric experience. Providence offers

work culture. Description Assesses, plans, and implements pediatric
Occupational Therapy services in collaboration with physicians,
primary partners, and patient/family. Assists in direct patient
care. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide
important aspects of care, in compliance with standards and
guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, or
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, or Ph.D. in Occupational
Therapy, or Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist License Upon
hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Experience

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
