Description The Clinic Manager II provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics. Ensures strategic integration of are and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience. Actively supports and incorporates the mission and core values into daily activities. Required Qualifications: 8 years of experience in healthcare, physician practice management and/or clinical operations. 4 years of Managerial experience. Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Health-related field or business. Or 4 years of progressively responsible clinic experience will be accepted. Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
