Manager Clinic Operations - Urgent Care at Providence Health and

multiple clinics to ensure cost-effective, quality patient care and
strategic clinical integration. This role requires extensive
healthcare and managerial experience, focusing on delivering
compassionate and efficient services aligned with the
organization's mission. The position is full-time, on-site, and

professional growth. Description The Clinic Manager II provides
ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of
management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and
quality operations of multiple clinics. Ensures strategic
integration of are and clinical practices to provide an optimal
patient experience. Actively supports and incorporates the mission

of experience in healthcare, physician practice management and/or
clinical operations. 4 years of Managerial experience. Preferred
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Health-related field or
business. Or 4 years of progressively responsible clinic experience

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
