Job Description:
Join 3 well-established ID physicians, providing treatment for a
wide range of infectious diseases in Anchorage, Alaska. HIV, TB,
zoonotic diseases, and returning travelers are frequently seen,
along with a mix of immunocompromised and transplant cases. 80%
inpatient at 3 local community hospitals, with clinic 2 half-days
per week and a 1:4 (on average) weekend call. A daily average
census of 15 patients while rounding in 1 or 2 of the 3 local
hospitals daily. Anchorage is home to the 2 referral hospitals for
Alaska, so you will have the unique opportunity to share call for
the entire state. A competitive starting income and substantial
