Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a local contract nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract - Type of staff: - Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 8 Staff RN, 1 PCA - Night Shift – 2 Staff RN On-call - Patient Ratios – 2:1 - Type of equipment – Tele monitoring , Post Cardiac, Cath Devices, Ortho Devices - EMR -EPIC - Typical Procedures: Recovery of deep sedation, and management of post procedural devices. - On Call: 4-5 call shifts (nights) per week schedule majority of scheduled shifts 10:30-23:00 - OT Status: Available Must Haves:/n- An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred/n- A recent 12 months of PACU RN experience in an acute hospital setting/n- AK RN License/n- BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications/n/nPreferred or Nice to Have:/n- EPIC Experience/n- Travel Experience
