Job Description:
Docstar is working with a client of ours that is looking for a
Locum Psychiatrist on a Locum Tenens basis. Anchorage, AK Start
Date; 5/1/23 3-month minimum commitment Schedule; M-F 8-4 call one
day a week and one weekend a month Inpatient Adult population
Forensic Experience Preferred the doctor is responsible for 6-8
patients Acute unit length of stay is 3 -4 days Have a full
treatment team (will be working with another psychiatrist and
social workers) EMR is Meditech Credentialing- BC or BE is fine.
must have an AK license . there is a meeting on the 2nd Thursday
that they will go to, Everything needs to be turned in by the first
Tuesday of the month to make sure they can be presented at the
credentialing meeting
