Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our Providence
Primary Care Team. In this role, you will work closely with
advanced practice clinicians in a team-based care model that also
includes social workers, nurse case management and clinical
pharmacists. Behavioral health is embedded in the clinic as well,
with a Psychiatrist and onsite Pharmacy available to patients and
to provide support for Primary Care teams. Take advantage of this
