Job Description:
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY) BASE: $325K-$400K Per
experience - No state tax Relocation $30,000 Sign on bonus - 10% of
base salary Retention bonus 10% of annual salary at 2-year mark
Student Loan Repayment: ISH, NHSC, AK Sharp Program Guaranteed
yearly salary Increases PTO: 400 hours carry over/or cash payout of
not used 2X’s yearly/Time off increases with tenure. PLUS: 13 Paid

hour to use during work time. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS
Psychiatry (PSY) We are focused on approaches that are trauma
informed, systems based, and person-centered. We serve adults, ages
18 and older, and provide individual psychotherapy, medication
management, group therapy, and couples therapy. 1.5-hour intakes 4-
or 5-day work week your choice. No weekends, no call Team will
consist of (RN, therapist, scheduler and case managers.) Patient
base is predominantly Alaska Natives and some non-beneficiaries.
