Or - Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. Or - D.P.T in Physical Therapy. - upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License. - upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred qualifications: - Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
