Description The PPS Coordinator will ensure compliance with all CMS regulations affecting inpatient rehabilitation, specifically PPS (Prospective Payment System); establish policies, practices and processes to ensure compliance with 60% rule, CMS IRF-PAI quality and technical requirements, as well as all other related documentation requirements. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Nursing. All Registered Nurses without a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing must obtain a Bachelor’s Degree or higher within 3 years of hire or, - Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. - 1 year - recent clinical and inpatient rehabilitation experience.
