HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN Stepdown for a local contract nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract - Number of Beds - 34 - Number of Staff – 60 - Type of staff:RN/CNA - Day Shift – 1 charge and 9-11 nurse, 2 aides - Night Shift – 1 charge and 7-9 nurses - Patient Ratios – 1:4 - Type of equipment – tele, bedside monitor, defib machine, alaris pumps, kangaroo pump, CT, pacer wires, pacing box - EMR - Epic - Typical Procedures: TEE and cardioversion - Floating: ICU and COVID Units Must Haves: - An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred - A recent 12 months of PCU RN experience in an acute hospital setting - AK RN License - BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certifications Preferred or Nice to Have: - Cardiovascular background - EPIC Experience - Travel Experience
