Cath Lab RN Req ID: 62758 Start Shift: 4x10 Days (40Hrs) Years of Experience: 1 First Timers Accepted: Yes Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS Skills REQ: Per UD, Coil Embolization, IR experience preferred, Peripheral experience preferred Is on-call REQ: Yes.Typically 7-8 call days/month and 1 day/week and 1 weekend (Friday at 1800-Monday at 0730) Weekend REQ: On call Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes - may float to EP or IR Lab Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes Locals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License Accepted: N/a RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment.
