Job Description:

This position is eligible for a CRITICAL POSITION BONUS equal to $10,000.00. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE is offered for this position as well.

Current employees are not eligible for this bonus.


In order to be eligible for the bonus candidates must have two years Clinical/ Hospital operating room experience and graduate of surgery technology program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or 5 years Clinical/Hospital operating room experience.




POSITION SUMMARY: Performs technical skills and provides assistance to surgeons, anesthesia personnel, registered nurses and other professionals in the operating room and endoscopy suites.

REQUIREMENTS:


High School Diploma or GED
One year of healthcare experience
Knowledge of Surgical Instruments and Procedures
Knowledge of Anatomy/Physiology
Able to multi-task; Able to work independently and with others.


PREFERRED:


Two years Clinical/ Hospital operating room experience and/or
Graduate of surgery technology program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
One Year of Sterile Processing Experience.
